These terms apply to the company and portfolio website at amayx.com. Amayx is the operating brand used by founder and independent freelancer Faisal Alkharji for products, research, and professional services. A linked product, source-code repository, checkout, or signed proposal may have additional terms that govern that specific use or purchase.
1. Informational site
Amayx.com presents products, research, capabilities, payment disclosures, and contact channels. Browsing this site does not create a consulting, employment, partnership, healthcare-provider, researcher-participant, or other professional relationship. A paid professional engagement begins only through written mutual agreement.
2. Product-specific terms
Nabtana, Bayane, SeerAI, CalorieK, Spaceforge, Hatch, Naqsh, and future products have distinct purposes and may publish their own terms, licenses, privacy notices, warnings, support policies, and checkout conditions. Those product-specific terms control in the event of a conflict about that product.
3. Health and research information
Content on this website and linked demonstrations is general product and research information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Nutrition and model outputs are estimates. Bayane is designed for review-first clinical workflows and does not replace a clinician. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
4. No guarantee of research outcome
Benchmarks describe the named model, data, protocol, and date. They do not guarantee the same performance on every image, population, device, task, or future release. Reported caveats and limitations are part of the claim. External datasets and labels may contain errors outside Amayx’s control.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a separate license says otherwise, the Amayx name, parent identity, website design, original copy, and non-open assets are protected and may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, ownership, or affiliation without permission.
Open-source projects and model artifacts remain governed by the license published with each repository or release. Third-party names, marks, datasets, fonts, frameworks, and services belong to their respective owners. Linking to a project does not change its license.
6. Acceptable use
You may browse, link to, and quote reasonable portions of this public site with attribution. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, misrepresent an Amayx product, impersonate Amayx or Faisal Alkharji, use the identity to collect payments, or use site content in violation of law or another person’s rights.

The site links to product domains, GitHub, Hugging Face, Tap Payments, and other services. External services control their own availability, security, content, and terms. A link is provided for context or access and is not a blanket endorsement of every external statement or practice.

A purchase is governed by the description, price, currency, billing cadence, delivery terms, privacy notice, and refund or cancellation policy shown at checkout or in the accepted proposal.
