Privacy at amayx.com

This notice applies to the company website at amayx.com. It does not replace the privacy notice of Nabtana, Bayane, SeerAI, Hatch, or another linked product. Each product describes its own data flows at the point where data may be collected or processed.

1. The short version

Amayx.com is a static portfolio website. It has no user account, advertising, analytics script, tracking pixel, contact-form database, or checkout. It does not set a tracking or preference cookie. Following a link to a product, GitHub, Hugging Face, Tap Payments, or an email application moves the interaction to that provider and its terms.

2. Technical request data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like other internet infrastructure, Cloudflare may process limited request data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent information, security signals, and network diagnostics. Cloudflare acts under its own contractual and legal obligations. Amayx does not add a client-side analytics identifier to these requests.

3. Email correspondence

If you email Amayx, the message contains the address, name, content, attachments, and technical delivery metadata that you choose to provide. This information is used to answer the message, route support, maintain appropriate business records, protect services, or follow up on a requested engagement.

Do not send passwords, API keys, full card details, health records, or other sensitive personal data by email. Security reports should use security@amayx.com and should not include real user data.

4. Payment information

Amayx.com does not contain a payment form. Official product checkouts use Tap Payments. Tap may act as a data controller for payment-instrument information and provides its own privacy notice. Amayx receives transaction and customer details needed to provide the purchase, reconcile payment, prevent abuse, and handle support or refunds; Amayx does not receive or store a customer’s full raw card number through this website.

5. Product websites

Products in the Amayx portfolio have different architectures. Nabtana’s public edition is local-first and account-free; SeerAI offers optional accounts and hosted services; Bayane supports local records and optional connections; other tools may link only to open-source repositories. Read the product-specific notice before providing information or enabling a network feature.

6. Purpose and legal basis

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, Amayx processes correspondence and transaction records as necessary to respond to a request, take steps toward or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, protect services and users, and pursue legitimate business interests that are not overridden by individual rights. Consent is used where the relevant product or law requires it.

7. Retention

Static site requests are retained according to Cloudflare and Amayx security or operational settings. Email and business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, support history, contract, accounting, dispute, security, or legal obligation. A product-specific policy may define a more precise retention period for that product.

8. Sharing

Information may be handled by service providers needed for hosting, email, payment processing, accounting, security, or contracted product delivery. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. Amayx does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. International processing

Infrastructure and service providers may process information in more than one country. Applicable safeguards depend on the service, account configuration, and governing law.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information associated with Amayx. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by legal retention duties or the rights of others.

11. Children

Amayx.com is a company information website and is not directed to children. Product-specific age and guardian requirements, if any, are stated by the relevant product.

12. Changes

Material changes will be published here with a revised version and effective date. A product may provide an in-product notice where a change affects an account or ongoing paid service.
