This page identifies the official Amayx sales channels, what they may sell, who processes payment, and where customers can resolve a billing question.
Merchant verification
Amayx uses Tap Payments.
Amayx-operated checkouts use Tap Payments for payment acceptance. Amayx does not ask customers to send card details by email or store raw card numbers on this website.
Approved sales channels
What customers may purchase.
Product and research services
Freelance product development, implementation, technical research, model evaluation, consulting, and clearly scoped support engagements.
Training and enablement
Workshops or tailored training in applied AI, research workflows, knowledge systems, product engineering, and privacy-aware architecture.
At checkout
The specific offer controls.
Before payment, the checkout or written proposal should identify:

The product, service, plan, or credit amount being purchased.

The total price, currency, applicable taxes, and whether billing is one-time or recurring.

When access or delivery begins and any material technical requirements.

The product-specific terms, privacy notice, and refund or cancellation rules.

After payment
A payment question should have a human route.
For a duplicate charge, missing access, cancellation, invoice, or refund request, include the order or charge reference and the email used at checkout. Never include a full card number or security code.
